We had Andrey come out and do a quote for 3 large windows and changing a window into a patio door. He was professional, polite and the quote was very reasonably priced. He also invited us to the show room so that we could get a better visual of what the different trim types would look like and showed us a few door options. He explained the windows, how they seal, etc. Very thoroughly. After recieving 3 quotes from various companies, we decided to go with window mart. We are now just waiting for the production of the windows, so install will be in a few months! I am excited to have new windows and am happy we chose window mart.

Fabulous product and excellent service! We had contacted all door companies in Edmonton and none of them would take on such a custom project. We purchased a new front door for our home which was installed in August 2020. We are very happy with the quality and appearance of our new door and the installation went very smoothly. A few days after the installation, we noticed a small faint spot on the inside of the door. This was a flaw in the paint coating of the door. We contacted Window Mart and asked them to come to our home and inspect the flaw on the door. Following their inspection they agreed to replace the slab (door) at no cost. We would not hesitate to recommend Window Mart.

We live in Saskatoon, SK and had on several occasions asked different local companies for quotes or if they would be able to come over to give us a quote. We had even gone to a few stores to get quotes with no luck from anyone. While searching on the internet my husband had found on Kijiji a company called Window Mart located in Edmonton, AB. Within several days a very kind salesman whose name is Peter Umansky came to our home to answer the questions we had in regards to different styles and the sizes of windows that would suit our family and home best. He couldn’t have been more patient with all of our concerns and questions in regards to making the right decision, choosing the right colour and the best size to suit our needs as we chose to have bigger windows. Peter was easy to communicate with, would respond very quickly to my texts and most importantly we both felt that we could trust him and that it was extremely important for Peter that we as Window Mart customers were pleased with our choices of windows.The installation was incredibly well done, and we had no concerns about the workmanship with the installation.The two fellows who came to install were very professional, respectful and definitely know how to work hard. Our house was built in 1955, so the walls are not perfectly straight but they managed to make the windows fit perfectly.I am very particular with details and finishing work and I can not tell you how happy I am as a Window Mart customer.We give three cheers and 5 out of 5 gold stars for Window Mart and would recommend them to our friends and family. The recent extreme cold weather made me aware they my front door and 5 large window were in need of replacement. I phoned and emailed 7 different companies for quotes and help. Window Mart was the first to reply in 24 hours and offered excellent service, suggestions, design and technical knowledge as well as and competitive pricing. I received a total of 4 quotes from the 7 companies I contacts, 3 companies did not respond at all. Window Mart not only was the best priced but also had superior door and window hardware, overall knowledge, product knowledge presentation and acted with immediacy for my project and timeline. It was really refreshing to experience that kind of professionalism and expertise when dealing with a large labour and costly project. I am confident in their quality and service going forward. Last year we changed 11 windows in our new home thanks to WindowMart. This is certainly not a cheap pleasure, but the company offered us a very good discount and favorable conditions. After one year, I can say with confidence that we are very pleased with our new windows, handles, fittings - everything is functioning perfectly.This year the guys from WindowMart changed the largest window in our house for us. A very professional measurer Andrey arrived, he calculated everything correctly, suggested what and how best to do it, signed an agreement and that's all ... Wait for a new window. In just half a day, the window was installed. They dismantled the old window, installed a new one and, as is usual for these guys, they cleaned up after themselves. It is wonderful.I am pleased to recommend this company for their professional knowledgeable staff, quick calculation, high-quality fittings. The folks at Window-Mart from sales to installation were great to work with. Especially the 2 gentlemen who came to install everything. They were friendly, punctual, and professional. And when our 1950s home posed repeated issues for them, they stayed positive and got things done on time.Only criticism would be for the admin side of the business. Our windows and doors were severely delayed, like more than a month, and no one bothered to call us and let us know. But that’s relatively minor all things considered.

We recently replaced a basement window from 1975. Alex Alexeev, our Sales Manager, came to our home and explained all our options for the replacement. He was very knowledgeable about all the products, explained how each model worked and gave us an overview of the advantages and disadvantages of each type of window for our purpose. He recommended the double slider model as our window is quite small and this model would work best for us. He was absolutely right!The window was installed by Edvin who did an excellent job. He also took the time to show us how the window functioned and how to remove the glass to escape in case of an emergency. He patiently waited while we tried it ourselves. It all worked perfectly and was so easy. We were so happy with the final product that we contacted Alex and ordered an additional replacement window. Everyone we dealt with at Window Mart was friendly and professional and gave us excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend them.

Often the only response a person or company receives is related to the negative aspects - we want to acknowledge a job well done.We want to express our sincere appreciation to Konstantin - our sales rep - for the time provided to us.I’m sure I was one of those customers that made him cringe when he saw an email from me show up. On the basis of what I do for work I did lots of research and had many questions related to the governing specifications such as CSA and others. Construction of the window, UV, glass thickness, insulation qualities - on and on.Regardless of my query Konstantin responded to them and always provided details and explanations. In some cases immediately, in other cases where he did not know or was unsure of the answer it took a couple of days because he researched so he could address the question or concern accurately.We did not opt to use Window Mart because they had the best price - they did not. Business has taught me that the lowest cost is not always the best cost. There is more involved than just a low number on a quote. In fact some of those low bids prompted me to do a far more detailed review of the 5 quotes we received. We also did Google reviews submitted for the companies we contacted and we considered those comments. The Google reviews, the Product to Product comparisons of the quotes we received were important - ultimately the time and effort Konstantin provided gave us a comfort level and the confidence to believe that Window Mart was the right choice.The windows were installed on December 14th – late by about a month to the original estimated install date but certainly understood by us given the COVID-19 situation. I emailed Konstantin frequently for status updates and always received an update. Of course late doesn't make anyone happy but never getting an answer makes one far more unhappy.The windows install was done in the afternoon. Being December, by the time the install was completed it was dark. The window casing we opted to use was a dark brown - thus dark brown silicone was used to seal various areas. I had a closer look at the windows the next day in the light, given it was dark by the time the installers completed the work. I did have a concern with some of the chalking on the outside. There were a few areas where the gaps were not completely filled. I do not believe due poor workmanship but more likely just a factor of the dark brown color in conjunction with the work being done when it was dark out.Cosmetically it doesn’t look good but the bigger concern for us was the potential of water getting in behind and causing damage.I emailed Konstantin and received an email back that he had submitted a report internally and that they would set up a time to come back and address our concerns. I received a call and set up an appointment for Jan 18th. Well this may seem delayed from the install date we are satisfied and respect that the Christmas Season and another Covid-19 alert were both involved. Other than this minor concern we are very pleased.We also want to pass along that the 2 installers were really good. Courteous, efficient, very focused on getting the job done and cleaned up nicely. I know that in my business the guys that actually do the work very often do not get enough credit or recognition for their contribution to the success a company has. They often get forgotten and we want to ensure that they are recognized for their part in making Window Mart a place that we will use again and certainly promote to others.Rick and Marilyn

Andrei T. - Salesman came to our home and offered a 12’’ wide X 8’ tall patio door design - it is spectacular! We also ordered a new fibreglass front door and a four new windows. All of the products are excellent quality. These are not builder grade stuff. The installers are amazing and do their job professionally and neatly.When you order stuff from a book and shell out lots of money you can feel wary about it.... but with Andrei T. and all the WindowMart team you will not be disappointed. The customer service and workmanship was both very good. All the windows and exterior doors were replaced in our home by Window mart. Installers were very professional and did a really good job. I think Job was too big for two people to finish in two days (13 windows and two doors). Luckily another crew who was in the area for another job and waiting for material showed up to help out. I am very happy with the window and door installation but I think they could have done a better job on the window trim installation because too many nails used and holes everywhere. I will recommend window mart any day.

Exceptional Customer Service - All the recommendations done on the initial appointment were spot on. The Sales Manager is very knowledgeable and knows what changes to make. The suggestions to make a few windows bigger really opened up our home and made it look much brighter. We were able to see the windows, frames, and doors at the sales office prior to purchasing to get a better visual. It was never a problem to get a hold of the Sales Manager, and he was always prompt in getting back to us. We needed to place another order and that was done under 24 hours. We felt really taken care of as clients as they are very accommodating. The installers were very efficient and worked SO fast without it affecting the quality of the work. We replaced our bedroom window with a garden door and they worked on it until it was installed properly and accurately. Any concerns/questions were addressed immediately, no questions asked. The installers did clean up after themselves both inside and outside our home. The work was done on time as indicated when the installation dates were booked. The next day after the installation was complete, we received a follow-up phone call from the sales manager. A really nice touch! The staff in general are very respectful and really give off a family atmosphere with maintaining professionalism.Excellent Quality - The windows are of great quality and look very sharp. We used to feel cold air from our old windows when we would sit close to them - not anymore! We will save on our energy bills BIG time this year! Opening the windows is a breeze, no more tugging and pulling at them. As an added bonus the windows are made in Canada so they are designed to work with the cold winters.All in all, we would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows. They have blown our expectations!!! We initially found out about Window Mart from a family member who had all his windows and doors replaced with them and they had nothing but rave reviews about their experience. Another family member is getting new windows installed from them shortly as well!

Haven’t had the work done yet but let me say this! My quote (complicated job) was 50% less than 3 other places and MUCH nicer and better quality! Our salesman (Michael R.) out of Edmonton was the most polite and helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable. Last year we changed 11 windows in our new home thanks to WindowMart. This is certainly not a cheap pleasure, but the company offered us a very good discount and favorable conditions. After one year, I can say with confidence that we are very pleased with our new windows, handles, fittings - everything is functioning perfectly.

This year the guys from WindowMart changed the largest window in our house for us. A very professional measurer Andrey arrived, he calculated everything correctly, suggested what and how best to do it, signed an agreement and that's all ... Wait for a new window. In just half a day, the window was installed. They dismantled the old window, installed a new one and, as is usual for these guys, they cleaned up after themselves. It is wonderful.
I am pleased to recommend this company for their professional knowledgeable staff, quick calculation, high-quality fittings. And a separate huge THANKS to our guide to the world of new excellent windows Andrey Djumayev.

Elena Shpita, Sasha and Dmitri were responsible for putting in a hopper window into my place. They were very good at helping me with all the details and the installation of the window and window well. They even hauled away the excess dirt from the window well. I had 2 doors and bay window for the kitchen sink installed, the front door color ended up not matching the house trim. I let Tim know of the issue and he promptly came out at to inspect the issue. He then offered to have the door painted to match the house, which was all I was wanting. The workmanship of the installers was top notch. We were impressed with the customer service we received with Ivan. He was knowledgeable and took his time to go over in great detail to make sure we understood about the quality and durability of their product. He also explained about the warranty. We are looking forward to have them installed in a couple of months and will share our reviews of their workmanship.We would definitely recommend Ivan if you need to get some windows replaced. We are in the NW (Hamptons) area in Calgary.

Window Mart came out to provide us with a quote as we are looking to install new windows. Ivan, the estimator, gave a very thorough presentation. He really knows his stuff and helped me understand what a high quality window should consist of! I was very impressed with his knowledge of their product and why their windows are superior in the world of windows in 2021. He brought in window samples to show, as well as an active display to show the difference between the 4 levels of UV protection in the different levels of LOe glass. I highly recommend Ivan as he had by far the best presentation out of all the window companies we had out.

We saw Marcel installing windows and doors for our neighbour Chris across the street and we're impressed by the quality of the windows and how well he was putting everything together, completely cleaning everything afterwards.I knew right there I would want him to do ours.We had Ivan come a few days later to give us a great deal, and are very excited about the upcoming installation by Marcel!
