Our house in Sundance had the original windows and they were desperately in need of replacing. We had Window Mart install new windows and a new front door and a back door in May 2019. Installers Sergey and Alex were very punctual, knew what they were doing. Everything was delivered as described by Ivan when he came to show me Window Mart's product and give a quote. Windows and two sliding patio doors were installed in the summer and while the original ones had ice building up as soon as temperatures were dropping to -10 -15, the new triple pane ones had none of that even when it was -30 lately. They look great too. Would definitely recommend Ivan and Window Mart to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors.

We like our new windows so much that our house feels like new. Energy efficiency is very noticeable - we have saved about $300 on our bills since they were installed in July. Ivan did a great job educating us on the technical and functional details of the windows, supporting his explanations with samples. Sergey and Alex showed good experience installing the windows, worked fast but without cutting corners, and cleaned well when they were done. Ivan Ranyuk was very professional from the very beginning, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process as he coordinated the work of the installation department and the others in customer service. We had all our windows replaced to triple pane ones in April and really like the quality. Great job on installation too. Winter is in full force now, we are expecting temperatures down to -30 at night in the coming days and great energy savings to go along with that. Financing that Ivan arranged for also helped us a lot. Big thanks to him and Window Mart for making this very important improvement to our house.

Ivan Ranyuk is a good salesman, honest and ethical. Always gives excellent service, takes care of concerns, and returns phone calls as soon as he can. He also gave us a very generous deal. I have recommended him and Window Mart to friends and family for doing business and will continue to do that. Sergei and Alex did the installation very professionally in our house in McKenzie Lake and before they left they cleaned up the place properly. The job replacing 16 windows was done within 3 days this summer. Very good quality and altogether very satisfied with the experience.

We are so pleased with our new windows (13) and garden doors that were installed by Window Mart Calgary in our 46 year old home in Cedarbrae! We did a lot of research beforehand and chose them over others by reviews written by people just like us that had a wonderful experience with them. We dealt with Ivan who was so friendly, knowledgeable and educated us about all the types of windows and gave us suggestions on what our options could be. Ivan spent a couple of hours with us and did an onsite quote/estimate after taking all the measurements and taking into account enlarging two window openings and changing the back door to a garden door. The quote was very reasonable and actually got even better when Ivan knew we were serious about moving forward with the project. We really liked working with Ivan and he even did a follow up visit to make sure we were happy with our new windows. We highly recommend that you ask for Ivan when you are inquiring for a quote on your new window installation. The professional installation took two days by Sergey and his partner and they did a fantastic job of removing the old windows and door...and then installing the new windows and garden door which included enlarging two window openings and the back door. We have received many compliments from our neighbours who really like the new look! We had to get new window finishings to go with our new windows and the salesperson who took the measurements for our new blinds couldn't believe how square our windows were...she hasn't come across this very often and had to comment on how well made our windows were from Window Mart. We highly recommend Ivan and Sergey from Window Mart Calgary which I did for one of my friends and she too is very happy with her new windows and doors!

Ivan came to my home at Water Valley today to talk to me about getting new windows. I found Ivan to be very well mannered and I was very comfortable talking to him. His demonstration was very thorough and he explained things so I could understand. Ivan always asked what I wanted before each window was put on the order form. Ivan is quick to learn and has a good mind. I definitely would give him 5 stars! 9 windows have been ordered (August 2019), more to follow. UPDATE: The windows have been in for a bit over a month and I am really happy with them. Everything was done carefully and to my satisfaction. I originally was going to get white windows in & out but then ended up ordering them painted in brown outside and stained in Dark Walnut inside, to preserve the character of my house that's located on an acreage. I am glad I did as the windows look just fantastic. Ivan visited me again today, on a New Year's Eve to help my order more windows. I always look forward to him coming as he is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile!

We have been very happy with our new windows since they were installed this summer. Ivan originally came in January and had been very patient with us as we were getting quotes from other companies for comparison, and won us over as well by his consistent follow ups. Am writing to express my satisfaction and appreciation with Window Mart's products and customer service. Ivan, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and never pushy. Answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly. There was a bit of a hold up from the time of purchase to installation, but the office - Daria in particular, was always in touch to let me know what was happening. The installer, Tomas, did his job professionally and as quickly and thoroughly as possible, definitely worth the wait. Window Mart provides an excellent product and backs it with superior customer service.

Mr. Ivan came to my house last year with a reasonable quote. He followed up with me for one year till I say yes to the project. He was very helpful and well mannered.. He arranged financing with reasonable interest.. Because of him only I was able to replace all our windows and doors. Good luck to window mart for keeping such a nice person in their company.

Company is very friendly. They will tell you the benefits of using their materials vs. other competing companies. Their package deals are great and are well worth the quality. Try to get Ivan to quote your windows for you. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly shows the quality of their windows. Ivan came to my home in Greenview in the evening to take measurements. I was very happy not to miss work to get this part out of the way. I found Ivan to be very knowledgeable and understanding. I just moved to a new house in Calgary and the windows needed to be replaced. Ivan came to measure the windows (unlike the other window companies) and took the time to explain every feature of the windows and all the options I had. The features of the windows are like an upgrade from the other places - except the prices are very comparable. They also included installation in the quote (which the other companies I checked didn’t actually offer). Best part, in my case, was the financing, which allowed me to do all the windows in the house at once. The windows and the installing even come with 20 years warraty! Ivan was very informative and I’m very excited to have new windows.

The sales person, Ivan, paid much attention to detail. The order arrived on time, in perfect condition, and as ordered. The installation was also well executed. My windows are triple pane with some of the coding. This meant that during a number of hot hot days , I was able to realize how my new windows kept my house cooler. I am very pleased.

We decided to get our windows and door replaced as our home was built in the early 80's and still have the original windows. Ivan at Window Mart was extremely thorough in going over the process of educating us on the different kinds of windows available, as well as had an in depth demonstration of the differences between the kinds of glass available. We are very happy with the window installed in our kitchen by Window Mart. We live in Vulcan and our home is 43 years old and assumed it might be an issue with having a new window installed due to the age of the house; however the two installers did an excellent job. The work was completed in about two hours and the window fit perfectly. A cloth was laid down from the back door into the kitchen to the counter tops. No mess at all! My apologies but I do not recall the names of the installers but hope they do the next windows we are having installed in September. The original representative who contacted us in October 2018, Daria, was excellent. Our window was not installed until March 2019 but that was due to our being away for a period of time and also weather issues which one does not have control over. In our meeting with Daria in October we indicated that our bedroom windows also needed replacing but would not be doing this for a few months. In late June 2019, representative Ivan Ranyk contacted us, a very pleasant and professional person to deal with. We are looking forward to having our new bedroom windows installed this September and would have no problem recommending Window Mart for windows.

I hired Window Mart to replace 3 windows after meeting with salesman Ivan . I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and we negotiated a very reasonable price for my windows. The installer Sergey did an excellent job and the worksite was cleaned thoroughly. The install was done early and to my complete satisfaction. This company is a customer-focused company. It took a while to get approval from my condo board to upgrade my windows/patio door, and Window Mart was not only patient throughout the process, the company also provided me with all the documentations the board requested for. Moreover, Daria, the sales consultant is awesome. Always available to answer questions, even on Sundays or late in the evening; and always ready to respond to any issues that may arise. Ivan the salesperson was very professional, comes back and checks on his work, very faithful. I live just outside of Rockyford Alberta and have recommended Window Mart to my three sisters and their families who all live within a half hour drive. Two of them have already ordered their windows. One has theirs already in and happy. Great experience.

Window Mart did great installing work for our house. Efficient and clean. Though the salesman agreed to put the exactly same style window what we had, he made a mistake and did not order what we were hoping. He did all frosted windows instead of half part frosted. We can no longer see outside. The day Window Mart installed, we complained about it. However, Window Mart sales man refused to change the window. I ended up calling Window Mart Calgary office. The lady said next day that she can't help us neither since they installed according to the contract the salesman wrote. However, Slava project manager called us back later and offered the help. He came to our house next day and agreed to install the clear window we originally requested and blinds without any extra charge.

Our house in Calgary was built in the late 70s early 80s and the doors were still original and we had been wanting to replace them since we moved in in 2007. This has finally happened thanks to Window Mart - the new doors were installed earlier this week. Polite and courteous staff, Ivan went above and beyond to make sure that the installation went as needed. The installers Sergey and Alex were professional and clean and on time and work was done to satisfaction.

I am very picky with everything and you'd be dead right to reckon I was very much so with my windows and doors. I feel I owe Ivan an apology for giving him hard time with all the questions and the prolonged pondering I afforded myself. But he earned it in the end which I'm sure made him feel well rewarded for his great effort as that was a hell of a project to undertake with so many windows to replace as well as a few doors. I am fully satisfied with the expertise that Sergey and his partner demonstrated while installing and very excited as to the performance of these high end windows and doors in the years to come. You can't go wrong when there is German technology involved, can you?

Installation was scheduled for beginning of February when the temperatures in the -20 range ensued with no chance of getting the work done for the next month. Got the windows and doors finally put in and they look and function very well. Impressed by how swift Sergey and Alex were at installing while not compromising on the quality of it as my trained eye could definitely tell. I don't know too many folks who can work like that to be quite frank. All in all, I am thoroughly content with Window Mart's solid product and service and would also like to thank Ivan for being so trustworthy and personable, as well as the customer service team. Much appreciated!

A few years ago we bought windows with a company that is no longer in business. Last year we went with Window Mart.What can I say..We liked the quality. The installation was done very professionally. During this frigid temperatures we called our salesperson on account of condensation forming on our windows. Daria patiently educated us on some "tricks" on preventing this moisture. And today she called us to check if it disappeared. We were pleasantly surprised on this professional service. They are very busy company, but put the clients satisfaction first. Great all around experience! Ivan was very nice to deal with as well as the crew that did the installation - professional and friendly. It took just a few moments observing Sergey and Alex at work to gain confidence that our new windows were in the right hands as they were becoming part of our home. Also, our new front door with the side window (I think it's called a sidelight) look gorgeous thanks to the designer glass. A big thank you to Window Mart!

The windows that we had were original ones and most of them needed replacement because the wood at the bottom had been deteriorating and we also wanted to increase the energy efficiency of our house considering how much the technology has leaped forward in this 30 year period. Luckily, our friends recommended Window Mart to us, who did a terrific job for them replacing all the windows, as well as converting their patio door into garden doors. They did it again! Outright, we were very pleased with the way Ivan explained everything. Oh yes, the praise that our friends Nate and Kayla gave him was well deserved! We felt totally comfortable proceeding with the order right then and there. We didn't expect anything less from the installers, and thanks to Sergey and his assistant, the work was completed in a timely manner, with no spots left for us to clean. And oh well the windows - aren't they just fabulous to look at and operate! The sliding doors too - we absolutely adore having the blinds built in-between the glass panes, makes them so much more useful! Could not be happier with the treatment we received from Window Mart and their product. Simply outstanding!

All went very good. Presentation that Daria made was very enjoyable and helped us to make the decision because we did not know a lot about windows but now we do. Just had them installed together with front and back door and we are very happy with everything. Including very affordable monthly payments that will cause no stress. Professional all the way and will not hesitate to recommend Window Mart to everyone who need new windows or doors and want good quality.

Window Mart did great job with windows and sliding doors in our house. We are very glad we went with this company after we received some estimates from other companies also. Quality is very good and we really like how easy windows and doors slide. With triple glass windows we should see big improvement and pay less on bills. Very happy Window Mart helped with financing. Without it would be hard to replace everything at once!

My husband and I can say nothing but good things about Window Mart and the people that work there who we had the pleasure to deal with. At the start, we didn't really know what to expect, but after Daria's visit, we felt confident continuing with this company. She showed great knowledge of the technical aspects of the windows as well as the doors, manifested in how easy she handled our questions, and we had quite a few. One of our concerns was installation, but now that the work has been completed, I can easily say that it was done by a professional. Window Mart earns our highest recommendation!

We wanted to change our windows and sliding doors a few years now, got couple quotes in spring but did not feel comfortable making the investment. In late summer we decided it has to happen and tried Window Mart. Daria was much more professional than first two sales people. She spent around 2 hours with us - showed actual windows and took time to educate us about them. Installer did very good job and cleaned well after he finished installations. Now we have great looking windows and sliding doors are super easy to open and close. Next year we plan to also change front and back doors and will choose Window Mart again.

Super happy we went with Window Mart after considering a number of companies. It is a very important purchase and we wanted to make sure we made the right choice. The presentation that Ivan made when he came to give us an estimate helped us a lot in understanding the difference between mediocre quality windows that the majority of companies offer and top quality ones that you get from Window Mart. Great service, very happy with the way our new windows look and operate. Our house in Temple had very old original aluminum sliders, terrible in winter, so we had to change them asap. Daria did excellent job explaining how Window Mart windows are made, did very good presentation and we did not think too long because it was clear the quality was there. Very professional installation too, so we are super happy we don't have to spend another winter with those old windows! We have friends who need new windows and my brother and his family too. Great service from start to finish!!! We were looking to replace all our windows & doors in our 25 years old house. After research of 4 companies Lux windows, Ecoline, Home Depot and Window Mart we decided to chose Window Mart. Our sales consultant Ivan came over to our house on time. He explained several options in terms of style, colors and different type of installations. Also he gave us options of financing witch was not big factor for us to make a decision use Window Mart but because of the way he explained the whole process up to showing us how are they made. In terms price they were not the cheapest but considering windows are one time purchase we decided to get quality product. Installation crew was great to deal with. They did a great job and cleaned up after they finished installation. They took away disposal. We would definitely recommend Window Mart to our family and friends also who is looking for great product and customer service. 100% satisfied !!!
