Our experience with WIndow Mart was very positive. We hired them because they were recommended by friends, and had a competitive price. Their rep Michael came out as promised, then explained and showed what they could do to replace our 60 year old windows with casements and sliders. The work was done in one day, with little fuss. When we needed some help changing over to a portable air conditioner, Michael came to the rescue.We also were able to easily book a tech to come out to adjust a slider not working perfectly.

We decided to get a new window when we attended the Reno Show in Edmonton, Jan 27th 2023. Andrey Djumayev was our Sales Rep, and also their Sales Manager. The experience from start to finish was effortless. We already knew the style of window that we wanted, we just needed the right company to win us over. The window and door industry has come a long way since our last new windows 10 years ago. The choice in windows, their knowledge, and new technology that brings better product and quality leading to better durability. We ordered our window with our specific size, the following week, we were contacted by Window Mart to arrange for a tech to stop by our house and take measurements and to verify any electrical or plumbing located on the wall where we wanted our new install. Fast forward to Spring. Our window was delivered after being made for us. We were again contacted to arrange for a specific day and time. Our installers were on time, efficient, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable, not to mention their meticulous clean-up. Said and done showed up at 9am, started actual installation after talking with me at 9:30am, left at 12:30 to get insulation at Home Depot lunch included finished installation and clean-up at 3pm. Upon install, an in home follow- up was conducted by Andrey our Sales Rep/ Manager, I was more than impressed, I was blown away by the service. I would highly recommend Window Mart to anyone looking for a new window or door replacement.

So far, so GREAT! I’ve just had an excellent home visit for a quote from Alex, here in Calgary. He was prompt, polite, knew all the ins and outs of what he was selling, and gave me a fantastic price. He was also very upfront about lead time and did not over promise a quick installation date (which I prefer, so I can make realistic plans). Overall, so far a great experience. I will update my review after installation of the windows.

I like that in a sales rep! We’ve got the nicest looking windows in the neighbourhood now 😉The two guys who built in the six windows (Sergej and Vassilii, did I spell that right?) had a long day of work – but did an excellent job and left everything clean! The window well was promptly put in place the next day.This is a company I can recommend!
