We got a couple of quotes for windows but Michael from Window Mart was the only one to bring up fire codesand acceptable window sizes for our mid 90s home. We went to their show room where Micheal showed us our options and we signed for our windows . They took acouple month to be made and were installed when the weather permitted. The crew that came were professional and cleaned everything up. We got these windows using the greener homes grant and the post energuide evaluator told us the windows were some of the best quality and efficient he had seen in a long time.

From start to finish my experience with Window Mart in Calgary has been amazing. Andrei was my salesperson, he was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me (my wishy-washy decision making) and my situation (dealing with insurance and other contractors and delayed timelines). I ask a lot of questions and he always answered them and gave explanations. I am extremely happy with the pricing I received, as well they have financing and no interest payment options to make windows easier to afford. Daria and Yaroslava have been the ones helping and getting in touch regarding scheduling for my final measurements and installation. They also have been very friendly, helpful and patient with me and my particular situation (many renovation delays). Yesterday my windows were installed and I am very happy with them. The installation team arrived on time, they were friendly and willing to answer my questions. When they finished we went through everything and when there were minor issues they fixed them. They cleaned up before they left. They even explained how to use Windex or acetone to fix minor imperfections should they happen to the vinyl. I am just working with customer service to replace a couple pieces from a single window's trim, some scratches. It was very easy to get a hold of them and they booked it for the next day, so they will be coming tomorrow to replace the parts. So far I have no issues with their after-sales service, it has been very easy and pleasant. I plan to change more windows who to call now.Edit: Vitali came today for the service call. He came on time, he was friendly and fixed it real quick. He even gave some advice for my future windows. Real happy.

I am very happy with my sliding door, max mateisen was extremely helpful in explaining the process from start to finish. I looked into a few companies but he’s the reason I chose window mart.The crew that installed and removed the door was excellent and meticulous for the fitting and shimming it in place, I was also able to have them instal it lower for less of a step up for my dear old parents.

Absolutely amazing service and great windows Max and his team did the best job i haven't seen a crew work like these guys did in a long time the attention to detail and the pride they had taken in the work performed was like watching magic Max was very attentive and walked us thru the process from start to finish if you are looking for windows in your home call these guys and ask for Max you wont be disappointed its nice to see a company take pride in work again

We need 7 new windows. Called a couple of companies and this is why we decided to go with Window Mart. The rep who came out named Vince was above and beyond more knowledgeable, and actually brought samples of the product and explained all the features of the triple paned argon windows and their structure. He was patient with all our questions and answered everything in detail on how things would work from start to finish. He also helped us understand how the Canada Greener Homes grant works to help us qualify for maximum rebates. The overall price was in the middle of our quotes, but again his expertise, knowledge, and the overall product is what sold us, along with a 25 year warranty. Excited to be getting new windows in the near future. Thanks again Vince, it was a pleasure sitting down with you and making it work for us and our budget.
