Daniil Mazun met with us on two occasions to review a window package that we were contemplating on purchasing and installing in our home in Fort McMurray. He was very honest and respectful of our time and went out of his way to show us the product line and discussed the merits of each type of window. His knowledge of the company was extensive and he certainly was proud of the Window Mart organization. Dealing with Ivan from window mart was great. He was very patient explaining everything and took his time to make sure all my doubts were resolved. He came from Calgary to Magrath and visited my house twice between his trips to Medicine Hat, Cardston, Fort Macleod and Lethbridge. Definitely recommend working with Ivan if you are looking for windows!

Project Manager Piyush is personable. He explains well how the Window Mart's products(windows & doors)for our project works. He helped us to go over the process on how things are done when applying for the government grants/loan. He did his best on giving the best possible price on the project. He quickly returns your call or email us back for any questions that we have pertaining to the project. He is a pleasant person to deal with. First impression on Window Mart isalready great.

I recently finished a multi year engagement with Canadian Window Mart, replacing all of my 25 windows. This was a long process consisting of many site visits, multiple install dates, and a lot of back and forth determining the best options for my property.We received three quotes for the house and their prices were the most competitive. I was very impressed with Ivan's detail around the initial consultations, the quality of the windows, the attention to detail of the installer, the cleanliness of the site after the work was done, really the entire process went almost as smooth as possible. There was a mix up with one of the windows, and the company decided to provide a small discount on the window due to the delays that this mix up incurred. This was not necessary but it is top notch customer service.Five stars.

I have had 7 windows installed yesterday at our rental property. Window mart did such a great job it the install. They came in as scheduled and finished the work promptly.The windows looked amazing. I have had gotten 4 quotes from different companies and Window Mart is by far the cheapest by about 1-2k but the windows looked well made. I will not hesitate to recommend Window Mart to friends and family. This is the second time I have worked with window mart and I will continue to do so when I have to upgrade some of my windows in my own home.
