After receiving 3 different quotes, we have chosen Window Mart to supply and install 6 windows in our home. Our Project Manager is Denys Zhadan. His professionalism and prompt responses were very much a deciding factor for us, as well as cost. We changed our mind 3 times throughout the process, and he was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have been working with Julia Dronova to pick out and place a custom order for the 20 windows (1 custom window) and 4 exterior doors (1 custom door) for a new home I am building. Good experience with Ivan from Window Mart on helping me get my remaining basement window replaced. I had a special request to have it coated with maximum solar protection because of light sensitivity, and he included this upgrade at no extra charge. Had my windows installed April 19. There were several issues. One of the windows was measured wrong so they could not replace and had to re-order and there were some deficiencies in the trim work. Window mart was quick to respond and comeBack to rectify the deficiencies to my satisfaction and I am happy with the results. I would give 5 stars if not for one window being measured incorrectly and the finishing work not being done properly the first time. I would recommend them and believe they offer good value for money and care about maintaining customer satisfaction.

I'll update this review through the process. So far, window mart was prompt to get back to my inquiry regarding a quote. Alex Alexeev came to my house with all appropriate PPE and was very professional while doing the quote and explaining the products. He didn't pressure me at all, and seemed quite upfront about cost and quality. Within a few days of me agreeing to the quote, I was contacted by the office for official measurements. They were prompt. I'm waiting for an installation date.

Have just signed a contract with Window Mart to have windows and a door replaced. Our salesperson was Denyz Zhadan who was great in every way. He showed up right on time and presented us with the information we needed to make a decision. He did not pressure us in any way at all and just presented us the info and the merits of their product. We made several changes after the initial appointment which he handled professionally and patiently. The price was lower than 3 other quotes and quality is same or better than the others. Will update as the process moves along.

I had a new 5 pane bow window installed in 2020 with triple pane glass. It is a very good window and kept the cold out. It is also tinted so sun does not heat up the room. Andrey was very good at estimating was pleasantto deal with and very professional. Today I have him back to estimate replacing 3 more windows. He gave me a reasonable price and Windowmart will be installing them for me too. I have 2 windows left to replace and next year I am sure they will be back!
