Just signed a contract with Window Mart,Piyush Dalal-Project Manager for a complete, entire House Window Replacement Project. Piyush did an excellent job outlining various styles and energy savings options for our home. We had a lot of technical questions for him regarding Energy Star criteria as well as rebate process .Piyush gave us best quote after receiving 5 other quotes and gave us best window qualities and warranties. This really helped us a lot in making our final choice . Piyush's knowledge was excellent regarding choice selection. We really appreciated the opportunity to work with him and are looking forward to a Quality installation and a Home Improvement Investment. Do yourself a favor and ask for Piyush Dalal when and if you're looking for Window Mart quote for your home; you'll be glad you did.

Before Installation:Ivan was the project manager who did the estimates for us in Rocky Ridge. He was very diligent in discussing the information and explaining about windows, all of which I was unaware of. Also gave me info on applying for government loans which was most helpful too, and really had a desire to work with us and helping in making the window changes a possibility, because let's face it, it's huge cost and quite the investment, which it is also as a in making our home more energy efficient.I will update on how the process is during/after installation too, but I have high hopes on a positive outcome.

Nikita Kraskovsky, our Window Mart rep rates a Five Star Service Award for guiding us in this large purchase of ten new windows. He was precise, patient, flexible, courteous, and always knowledgeable. We were impressed with the process in his presentation of options which made clear the technical aspects of the production of glass, casings, and installation. We received a quote from a project manager, Andrei. We are so very pleased with the time he spent with us and listening to our needs and wants for our window selections. He spent 2 hours with us and did not rush through anything. He answered all of our questions.
