What Our Clients Say
We had the Window Mart team install an egress window for our home. I had noticed the window style at one of my own clients home and was very impressed by the style, and workmanship. They had measured, cut the concrete, installed the window, and cleaned up like they were never there. The install was done all in one day. I will definitely have them for other installs I need done.
The only downside is they don't remove the dirt dug out for the egress. I placed an ad on marketplace it was gone before I knew it.
Response from the owner:Thank you for your detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear you were impressed with the egress window installation and that our team was able to complete the measuring, concrete cutting, installation, and cleanup all in one day. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to the opportunity to assist with any future projects.
Regarding the excavated dirt, the City of Edmonton’s guidelines state that “sod, soil and rocks” are not considered yard waste and require disposal at an appropriate facility for a fee. As dirt removal and disposal are not included with our installation service, the excavated soil remains on site. We’re glad to hear you were able to arrange for the soil to be removed.
Leonid and Oleg were excellent installers
We are extremely happy with their work
Highly recommend
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re extremely happy with the work of our installation team. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with them. Thank you for your recommendation and for trusting Window Mart!
We are so happy with our windows and doors. Yuri, our project manager was so patient with us and all our questions. Nazerii and his crew did a fantastic job installing 21 windows, a front door and a patio door. They started right on time every morning and didn't stop until end of day for a week! They were so nice, polite and answered all of our questions during the process. We are very satisfied with the product and still think we got a good deal on the price. We had this done in May and I'm sorry it took so long for me to say thank you. I recommend you to everyone
Response from the owner:We're overjoyed to know how pleased you are with your new windows and doors! Your kind words about Yuri, Nazerii, and the team really mean a lot to us. We're also glad that you felt comfortable throughout the process and found the deal to be a good one. Thank you so much for spreading the word about our work!
Thank you for the presentation at the showroom, Vlad. The stuff is very kind and polite.
We had a great experience with Harut. He took his time and thoroughly explained all our options for purchasing windows for our home.
Response from the owner:Hello Dennis! We're so glad you enjoyed your time with Harut. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and it's wonderful that you felt well-informed about your options. If there's more we can do to help, feel free to reach out anytime.
